TIAFOE Concept Art: Lucy Walker-Lucitor

Updated her last name according to Tom's canon last name.

And here's the last of the concept art that I have: This blue demon lady here is Lucy, Tom's mother.

Unlike Tom's hot-headed father, Lucy is more laid-back, and rarely (if not at all) gets mad whenever things go wrong. She not only wants what's best for Tom, she also tries to keep her husband in check and keep him from exploding too much.
