Donovan is pretty much the representation of most people who have never listened to Eurobeat before and have no clue what's going on.
On the bright side, Ramirez isn't a total weeaboo... maybe. Though, in his defense, Eurobeat is something made (mostly) by Italians that get released to the Japanese market. As long as he's not mixing Japanese words/honorifics in his sentences, he's not a total weirdo. XP
